Conditions of making changes to the finished project
If the client makes changes to the approved project after 20 calendar days from the date of receipt of the design documentation, these works are considered additional and are paid for separately.
Changes include:

Transfer of walls, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, etc.•

Replacement of materials or built-in furniture.
-
Changes in the functional zoning of the premises.
PROCEDURES

PAYMENT'S STAGES
Package "BASIC"
1. Collection data:
-
the client fills out questionnaires and provides initial data.
2. Advance payment:
-
after cost confirmation, the client pays an advance payment of 40% of the total cost of the project.
3. Approval of the first part of the work:
-
after completing the first part of the project, the client approves the completed work.
-
if necessary, 2-3 revisions are made.
-
the remaining part (60%) is paid.
4. Issuance of the finished project:
-
the client receives a full set of drawings in electronic form.
-
the possibility of making 2-3 revisions is included.
Package "MEDIUM"
